Home is everything, and ours is pretty magnificent with a special place in history.
Today, 66 title holders (all members of this owners group) own the estate and wild leisure spaces (woodland), and help create a positive community spirit through engagement and good neighbourly behaviours.
The group is driven by elected volunteer coordinators, ensuring our common manicured and wild leisure spaces are managed.
The wild leisure spaces (woodland) can be the biggest expense to us the owners, and presently, we received no outside support. Every tree that needs work, every poo bag and other litter that needs picking, every fence that needs fixing, any invasive species that needs managing, etc, is funded by ourselves alone.
